Strengthen your immune system and body’s reaction to sickness and the elements with our Winter Flow. This class moves powerfully through the poses to build the heat. In turn you get longer/leaner muscles protecting your bones, cardiovascular strengthening and a reduction in the Kapha dosha (see below)
In the winter, the Kapha dosha is most present, which can result in heaviness, sluggishness, and depression. This time of year it is important to move your body, enjoy rich foods in moderation, and avoid raw and cold foods. Contact us for more dietary tips on the Kapha dosha
