Join us for a 6-week yoga series to focus on the specific needs of runners.
We’ll be joining for 6 consecutive weeks at Mount Inspiration Apparel in West Asheville. Grab your running buddies and catch our early-bird pricing options by July 15th!
All classes will be held at Mount Inspiration Apparel – West from 8:00 – 9:00 am on Wednesdays :

RYT 300, Health Coach, Fitness Instructor
Eva has been teaching yoga since 2005 and was trained in and is certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as created by Larry Schultz. After that she has continued her education and is certified in Progressive Ashtanga Yoga, Budokon Yoga, PiYo, Booty Barre and the WillPower Method. As well as creator of BalaBands and All Kinds of Strong, unique classes that incorporate fitness, yoga and mindfulness. These classes are fun, challenging and complement the Yoga practice. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is a certified Health Coach by Institute of Integrative Nutrition adding a bigger scope of practice. Helping students create a balanced lifestyle. Her classes are fun, safe and her soothing voice will get her students to their deepest level.
